Join us on our new and exciting fibre venture as a Budget and Forecasting Manager. You will be responsible for the reporting and data management of the services delivered under the Master Service Agreement (MSA) to the proposed fibre Joint Venture feeding into the financial management processes.

Within this role the Budget and Forecasting Manager will oversee, manage and implement:

  • Monthly invoicing of fixed, scalable and pass through charging.

  • Forecasting of service volumes.

  • Internal forecasting of demand/volumes for the scalable services.

  • Tracking of internal costs and against budget whilst establishing and evolving data point collection process.

  • tracking demand projects and carrying out automation and new process development.

    Working in conjunction with the internal stakeholders, your objective will be to ensure that the services provided are managed and measured according to the agreed contractual commitments

Candidate Description

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Experience in Mobile, Telecoms, Cable working in the same or similar position.

  • Proven experience in insight and reporting with vast knowledge of excel for forecasting processes.

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) with internal and external audiences at the most senior levels (Director, MD, COO).

  • Proficient in standard office applications with reporting/analytical experience.

  • Demonstrable experience of establishing data points to support management of the agreement for scalable charges and performance reporting.

This is going to be HUGE! The partnership will initially roll out fibre to 5 million homes not currently served by Virgin Media O2's network by 2026, with the opportunity to expand to an additional 2 million homes. This new fibre venture, alongside VMO2's existing network, will offer greater wholesale choice to other operators across the country.
