Act as the financial, analytical & Sourcing Controller of SGT&O UK Branch, applying the financial policies, and supporting sourcing local management.

The role is entitled for managing accountancy, treasury, coordinating as well financial analytical planning and analysis processes and will have the mission to provide SGT&O UK Branch with external professional resources (hereinafter Contingent Workers or CW) through the selection, approval and contracting with the defined Vendor Ecosystem.

This role located in UK, will be supported locally by Gesban which executes the transactional operations of accounting, fiscal, banking and assets management and provides the necessary accounting information to SGTO and at global level in headquarter SGTO SPAIN by Finance Team and Sourcing Team.


Finance & Accounting

  • Managing locally the application of accounting policies, procedures, and governance of the Group.

  • Coordinate with Gesban to prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial and accounting reports plus analysis (P&L and BS).

  • Oversee treasury and support in monitoring liquidity management and financing plus exchange rate risk management

  • Report to the Group the financial and accounting statements for SGTO UK and manage the financial analytical process driving the closing process to ensure timely and accurate reporting

  • Perform SGTO UK strategic forecast and budget

  • Backing in compliance and statutory tasks with third parties: external auditors, internal audit, administrations, external consultants if necessary.

    Income Management:

  • Managing the income status for all branch services, meaning: + Maintain a clear alignment with towers about the amount of the services that should be invoiced to clients for the services included. + Ensure (together with central contract management) that proper Master service agreement structure is in place + Coordinate with towers and income management the generation of appropriate services annexes for the branch services + Manage with local teams the appropriate demand and orders procedures for local branch services + Follow the contract and invoicing status with all the branches clients

    Cost Management:

  • Carry out expenditure approval procedures in accordance with SGT&O processes providing all the reports necessaries for the GIG Global

  • Drafting of services specifications and scope, including services KPI, SLA, etc. to requests for proposal -RFP- releases

  • Monitoring and control for the drafting and signing of supplier's contracts and suppliers billing control

  • Vendor risk assessment center (VRAC) procedures responsible


  • CW recruitment, following the procedures that are in force

  • Time sheets and suppliers billing control

  • Purchases report, suppliers monitoring and contingent workers control, reporting at SGT&O committees

Candidate Description

  • 5+ years of experience as a Cost/Revenue controller, ideally on Agile

  • Proven experience in cost accounting in a manufacturing or technological environment.

  • Good knowledge of financial processes and connected flows of materials and other resources used in the processes.

  • High Advanced Excel skills, power point, Access

  • Knowledge of SAP - CO-CCA - COPA, SAP-FI, SAP - SD, BI technologies and IT related processes

  • High level of English.
