In other organisations this role might be a called a 'Support Worker', but we train our support team to be highly skilled in caring for young people with complex autism, so our support staff have the title 'Autism Practitioner'.

We're looking for caring, patient, fun people from all backgrounds to join our team. Whether you have experience in a care environment, or don't have experience but have a passion to help transform the lives of young people with complex autism - we'd love to hear from you.
