Audio Typist

Job Description

Candidate Description

Responsible for supporting a busy team to assist with the typing of various documents including letters and reports. Other duties will involve general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and handling queries via email and telephone. You will need to be a forward thinking individual with the ability to prioritise your own workload.

Key skills & requirements-

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Must have previous typing experience

  • Positive and friendly attitude

  • Good IT skills, including use of MS packages such as Excel, Outlook and Word

  • Must be reliable and flexible

  • Ability to complete tasks within a timely and accurate manner
