Due to the continued growth of our IT Division, we are looking for Associate / Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join the team, with opportunities available in both the Contract and Permanent teams.

Summary of the Role
As an Associate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will mainly handle the candidate sourcing aspect of the recruitment process, with the support of experienced members of our team. Working within the IT, Technology and Business Change recruitment sector you will find it varied, fast paced and needless to say, busy! We have established relationships with a number of well-known clients who place their trust in us to find them the best talent in the market, so this won't be a sales-focused role, instead you will be involved in sourcing the best candidates for your vacancies, through LinkedIn marketing and headhunting, within a specialist, candidate short market. Your role will consist of the following:
Building talent pools of relevant candidates within our IT and Business Change specialisms
Attending meetings alongside Senior Consultants/ Managers to understand your clientbase
Supporting candidates through the interview process and managing the offer stage
Working across multiple sectors including Financial Services, Retail, Energy and Utilities
Building relationships with candidates and liaising with hiring managers to fulfil their requirements
Winning new business through lead generation

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
We are looking for people who are IT literate, great communicators, passionate about providing a fantastic service, and driven to succeed. Recruitment or customer service experience would be preferred, however you will be provided with full induction training and support within your role.
We are also open to candidates with any previous recruitment experience, whether more 360 / sales focussed or with a background in delivery, and are happy to provide training to get to grips with the IT and Change market if you have not previously covered this vertical. Our team works across both permanent and contract opportunities for our clients so we can consider experience in either area.
