About the role

Providing first-class investor relations services to Panmure Gordon’s corporate clients and non-clients, acting as the main point of contact for advice. 

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients

  • Provide and implement investor relations plans for corporate clients

  • Plan and manage investor events such as roadshows (deal and non-deal), site visits and capital markets days for corporate and target clients

  • Target investors to identify non-holders or underweight investors, contacting investors (both holders and non-holders) directly to book meetings

  • Attend and participate in sales team briefings and institutional lunches and, where appropriate, 1-1 meetings with corporate clients

  • Collate institutional feedback following all investor events

  • Prepare and deliver in-depth feedback reports to corporate clients

  • Act as a main contact for corporate clients on all matters regarding their share register analysis

  • Coordinate analyst briefings (in-house or virtual) and AGMs

  • Deliver detailed monthly market reports to corporate clients


Requirements

  • Proven experience using Microsoft Office and in-house CRM system (SingleTrack advantageous)

  • Experienced user of data providers (i.e. BD Advanced, Dealogic,Refinitiv Eikon) desirable

  • Confident client liaison, excellent communication skills at all levels

  • Good working knowledge of corporate client’s commercial activities

  • Excellent organisation skills, able to work effectively under pressure and prioritise own workload

  • Team player, stepping in to provide seamless investor relations support when other members of the team are unavailable
