Our Finance Insights team is super excited to be looking for a forward-thinking individual to build the planning models we use to run our budget and three-year plan… Does it get any cooler than that? Our team's mission is to provide effective planning, reporting and performance management processes that will help our outstanding internal partners drive value for our customers!

The role specifically sits within the model building squad in the Planning team, these are our hard workers that manage the build and development of all our Anaplan models.

Tell me more, tell me more… You'll be an important valued member of our team, developing and building automated planning models in Anaplan to provide key business insight and analytics for short, medium, and long-term planning across Broadband, TV and Mobile.

Our fantastic models currently cover Cable revenue, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Customer Contact and all aspects of Cable volume planning, with several more in the pipeline. The model build squad is effectively the heartbeat of the Finance Insights team, leading the digitisation and automation agenda through the Consumer organisation and making a huge positive impact to the day to day running of our business.

Candidate Description

  • Strong data modelling skills with exposure to building automated planning and forecasting models (with Anaplan experience preferable)

  • Proven skills in manipulating data using quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, and distilling the information into useful insight to guide operational or commercial change.

  • A proven track record in presenting analysis to partners to guide business decisions

  • Demonstrable experience managing and influencing a range of complex cross-functional partners within a matrix environment, working collaboratively to achieve successful outcomesoven skills in manipulating data using quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, and distilling the information into useful insight to guide operational or commercial change.

  • Experience in driving the continuous improvement of processes and means of delivery to partners, whilst also embracing and managing organisational change

  • A drive to succeed with a focus on delivering results
