As the Agile Delivery Manager you will identify and manage areas of business change, drawing on project management (Agile and Waterfall) concepts and methodologies along with other best practice improvement techniques. You will be responsible for promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Acting as an ambassador for the team, assisting in the transformation of our systems and processes to drive us towards becoming a customer centric, best in class operation., If we feel like a place where you can belong, we'd love to learn more about you. Candidate Description

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Experience working in waterfall and agile project management environments.

  • Experience working in a Service Management environment or similar with knowledge of ITIL processes .

  • Experience of working as an Improvement Manager or Project Manager.

  • Awareness of ISO27001, ISO9001, ISO20000.

  • Strong planning, communication, and presentation skills along with the capability to listen and influence at all levels of the organisation.

  • Exeprience of effectively managing fluctuating workloads and optimising available resources to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
