Back Office Advisor - Home based (West Midlands) - £24,496

Dealing with an array of administrative activity you will thrive on ownership and resolving problems at first point of contact; nothing is too much for you where our customers are concerned.

You will be responsible for ensuring a number of processes work seamlessly for our customers and consistently meet our high standards. You will have a passion for customers and the ability to plan, prioritise and execute your own workload. 

You will deal with a wide variety of customer activity such as inbound and outbound phone calls, enquiries, and technical support requests.

You will help create the environment for the team to deliver and develop, challenging constructively, whilst also holding yourself and the team to account.

Your primary role will be to handle inbound queries and requests from our customers, whilst also providing support for our Customer Service Centre, when required, in handling calls.

About us

We are National Gas, including National Gas Transmission and National Gas Metering.

In February 2023 we became a standalone business, to maintain and own the Gas Infrastructure in the UK. But more than that, to develop and grow this infrastructure to set us up for a cleaner energy future. A future of Hydrogen.

In the Customer Service Centre, we are a trusted and reliable source of information and guidance for our customers and end consumers.
