Our client in Cheltenham is looking for an Admissions Administration Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis! Due to an increase in work load they are looking for a candidate who can work at a good pace, has great attention to detail and can manage their own workload.

The role requires data entry accuracy, need to be IT literate as they use a variety bespoke systems and good verbal and written English as you will be communicating with senior leadership teams/departments.

If you have previous experience within data entry related roles, administration or sales administration then please apply!

You will have access to clean facilities, parking within walking distance and work within a family feel environment!

Main duties:

Previous administration experience is essential.

Answer telephone calls and divert to the correct department.

Answer queries/questions for applicants.

Liaise with senior leadership teams/departments over the phone and using online forums.

Data entry, attention to detail and accuracy is essential.

Produce correspondences.

General administrative duties.

Use of CRM system desirable but not essential.

To be able to work independently and as a part of a team.

To work towards company deadlines and manage own workload.
