To provide general admin support to the Music Hub and to ensure all HR and Financial procedures are coordinated effectively,
Be responsible for all personnel records of the service.
Ensure that schools have appropriate tutors for their provision including liaising with schools to ensure effective timetabling.
To check pay claims against school service requests and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain the tutor's aspect of our specialist database ensuring accurate information is available to monitor engagement and attainment
Liaise with scholarship providers and scholars and their families to ensure that pupils in need of support have access to funds and that the funders have accurate and timely reports about the use of their funds
Organise events such as information days and auditions for scholars
Check and process all tutor pay claims liaising with tutors and schools to ensure that service requests are met
Generate invoices for schools based on sound record keeping of tutors activities and schools requests.
Process all invoices for payment for services received.
Keep a database of potential funders and volunteers
Contribute to provide reception function either by phone or to people calling in. Ensure good customer care
Keep good records of all projects including spreadsheets of progress
Provide support for meetings including preparing resources and taking minutes.
Good organisational skills
IT Skills including advanced/intermediate skills in Word, Excel, Access and or other database and the Internet.
Good verbal and written communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders including families, schools, local businesses and volunteers.
Knowledge of financial procedures
Ability to produce high quality and accurate reports on the progress of projects
Ability to maintain good lines of communication with customers and staff.
Experience of a range of admin functions
