Job Description
The successful candidate will play an integral part in supporting operations by ensuring accurate records, administration and organisation of exams and training.,
Preparing exam papers, invigilating exams, marking papers, preparing statistics and ensuring security of completed exam papers
Maintaining accurate certification records and files for accreditation purposes
Assisting with the administration and set up of national UK exam events
Financial administration assistance and other Company administrative duties when required, ensuring customers are invoiced and credit controlled before certificate issue
Co-ordination of management system audits internally and with external assessment centres
Liasing with internal teams, suppliers and exam boards
Ad hoc administration duties
Candidate Description
A full UK driving licence
Excellent written and verbal skills with attention to detail, high level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) and high attention to detail
Available to travel nationally for short periods - approx. once a quarter
Organised and time management skills
