The successful candidate will play an integral part in supporting operations by ensuring accurate records, administration and organisation of exams and training.,

  • Preparing exam papers, invigilating exams, marking papers, preparing statistics and ensuring security of completed exam papers

  • Maintaining accurate certification records and files for accreditation purposes

  • Assisting with the administration and set up of national UK exam events

  • Financial administration assistance and other Company administrative duties when required, ensuring customers are invoiced and credit controlled before certificate issue

  • Co-ordination of management system audits internally and with external assessment centres

  • Liasing with internal teams, suppliers and exam boards

  • Ad hoc administration duties

Candidate Description

  • A full UK driving licence

  • Excellent written and verbal skills with attention to detail, high level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) and high attention to detail

  • Available to travel nationally for short periods - approx. once a quarter

  • Organised and time management skills
