We are urgently looking for an administrator for an 8 weeks booking for a public sector client in Liverpool

Working full time, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

General duties include:

Note taking/minute recording of a range of meetings

Electronic/paper filing including scanning and uploading of documents

Preparing recruitment packs and interview packs

Placing orders on internal systems for purchasing of supplies and equipment

A range of general administration duties

Must be able to work in a confidential environment
