Adecco Bristol are thrilled to be working with a market leading, sustainable company based in the heart of Bristol. We are supporting them with their current vacancy for an Administrator who will provide secretarial and administrative support for the team.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and ambitious. They will have previous experience within admin and therefore be highly organised and able to prioritise their workload efficiently. The multi award-winning company has over 35 years' experience in the industry making it a great place to develop and grow your skillset.
Duties include:
General office admin including filing, mainly electronically.
Updating Health and Safety Policy
Liaising with our external HR company to update contracts, handbook, policies and procedures
Entering payments onto customer accounts
Responsible for implementation of ISO9001 & ISO14001
Supplier/Customer Questionnaire
