  • Payments of invoices

  • Updating excel spreadsheets to keep track of expenditure

  • Calls to third parties and clients to discuss financial matters

  • Document drafting

  • Diary management - meetings and deadlines

  • Notation and minute taking

  • Drafting letters

  • Liaising with internal teams

  • Sending out post and collating enclosures for letters

  • General office administration such as scanning, printing and filing

Candidate Description

  • Experience of working in an administrative or secretarial background

  • Some Legal knowledge is desirable but not essential

  • Confident with IT packages including Excel

  • Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills

  • Self-motivated and proactive team player
