  • To provide a range of administrative support within the regulatory department.

  • Filing, maintaining and organising various departmental documentation.

  • Liaising with various departments regarding new staff members and/or leavers.

  • Generating and updating training records, including operational procedures, conducting basic training where required.

  • Ensuring quality standards are adhered.

Candidate Description

Do you have office based experience? Have you previously worked as an administrative assistant? Maybe you've been out of the admin world for a while and want to dip your toes back in? If so, we'd love to hear from you.,

  • Experience working in an office/admin environment.

  • High attention to detail, and fantastic communication skills

  • Computer literacy is required, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
