Job Description
To provide a range of administrative support within the regulatory department.
Filing, maintaining and organising various departmental documentation.
Liaising with various departments regarding new staff members and/or leavers.
Generating and updating training records, including operational procedures, conducting basic training where required.
Ensuring quality standards are adhered.
Candidate Description
Do you have office based experience? Have you previously worked as an administrative assistant? Maybe you've been out of the admin world for a while and want to dip your toes back in? If so, we'd love to hear from you.,
Experience working in an office/admin environment.
High attention to detail, and fantastic communication skills
Computer literacy is required, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
