Job Description
Administrator required for a 6 month Admin contract. Working in the clients Post Room you will assist with a variety of tasks.
Duties to include;
Scanning in post using the digital filing system
Sorting outgoing letters
Raising purchase orders
Dealing with Invoices
Managing post that is going out
Other admin duties including scanning and processing tasks
Hours of work are Mon-Fri 08.30-4.30. An occasional 5pm finish might be needed if the post is picked up late.
Candidate Description
Working in a small team of 3. Made up of 1 F/T (you) and 2 P/T staff. IT, Administration skills and Organisational skills are required. You will need a basic DBS to do this role due to the confidential nature of some of the documents you will have exposure to. If you don't already have one we can arrange for you to have a DBS check done.
