This role is perfect for those looking to work in an office environment. As an Administrator, you will be trained to process vehicle finance applications for Motorbikes, Watercrafts, Caravans, Caterham & McLaren, ensuring that these are completed with a high level of accuracy.
You will provide advice and guidance, ensuring that applications are filled out correctly. This role offers routine as well as variety in the job tasks.
What you'll be doing
Checking all documentation is received and correct.
Ensuring compliance standards are met.
Ensuring underwriting requirements are met.
Identifying potential fraudulent proofs, suspicious activity and liaise with the Financial Crime Team.
A team player, whilst also being able to work autonomously
Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
Highly organised and possess strong planning skills
Positive and enthusiastic approach
Receptive to change
GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at grades A-C
Adequate computer literacy and numeracy skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Product knowledge in the Broker and Leisure field is preferred.
