Adecco are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to work for our Higher Education client located in the Newcastle area. The successful applicant will be part of a team of administrators who will work across Schools within the Faculty to provide an effective and efficient administration service to staff and students. You will provide administrative support relating to programmes, assessment, quality assurance, and student conduct and complaints processes and procedures.

Duties will involve-

  • Provide information and guidance to students, staff and external stakeholders

  • Handle enquiries in a professional and timely manner on matters relating to programme administration and governance procedures.

  • Input and update individual records

  • To prepare and create handbooks relating to courses

  • Data entry into Excel spreadsheets and other systems

Candidate Description

  • Computer literate including Outlook and other Microsoft packages

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Must be reliable

  • Outgoing and positive attitude

  • Ability to prioritise own workload

  • Self motivated
