Your role will comprise administrative support to the finance team and some of the day-to-day bookkeeping duties to their clients. These duties will include support in:
General Administration Tasks
Accounts Payable & Receivable
BACS Payment Runs
Training will be provided on their unique systems to support in this new role.
It's a perfect role for a strong Administrator who is competent in Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Word & Excel), has excellent organisational skills, time management, great attention to detail and a lovely telephone manner.
