  • Assessing new cases flowing in to Returns Preparation

  • Working closely with Immigration Enforcement stakeholders, such as Reporting & Offender Managements Centres, Enforcement Teams and Returns Logistics.

  • To quality assure referrals made to and from other areas of Immigration Enforcement

  • To take responsibility for the data quality of individual's information

  • To action the allocation of cases to internal and external partners such as required

Candidate Description

  • A professional manner in day-to-day decision making and working with colleagues

  • Good communication skills, both orally and in writing

  • Alertness to risk and concerning trends when dealing with data

  • An awareness of departmental objectives

The Operational Support Teams are responsible for supporting and leading on various aspects of work and flows around Returns preparation and Immigration Enforcement. You will be working as part of a small team administering some of these functions in Sheffield.
