The company is looking for a confident and pleasant individual to assist in the office with administrative tasks. This person will need to be resilient and prepared to go above and beyond. This role is an immediate start, with the hope of interviews taking place ASAP.

Role's duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answering the phone and responding to emails to customers

  • Taking photos of properties and uploading onto the website

  • Listening to audio and typing up formal letters

  • Carrying out viewings of properties

Candidate Description

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • The individual MUST have a driving license and access to own car.

  • Experience using Outlook
