Responding to general customer enquiries
Assist/signpost/offer advice and support to customers in reception
Make appropriate support referrals to in house teams and external organisations
Assist with a range of processes and providing administrative support to enable efficient delivery of services and meet team objectives
Keep accurate records of all contact and actions regarding customers and other organisations
Coordinate prompt, efficient and customer focused responses to inquiries working with colleagues within the organisation
Provide advice to customers in a range of communication formats
Accurately input data and maintain up to date records using a range of management systems and records
Carry out appropriate checks on a range of applications from customers to check compliance with policy requirements
Support verification checks in relation to registration of applications
Record and coordinate responses to correspondence
Produce and maintain documents, records and spreadsheets and carry out data input, analysis, and search procedures.
Maintain spreadsheets and databases in relation to performance reporting and process monitoring
Use of a range of IT equipment including PCs, photocopiers, scanning equipment, franking machines in support of administration duties
Contact external agencies to obtain information and respond to enquiries
Support managers in the collection of performance information and other data and produce reports and statistical returns as required
Provide general clerical assistance such as filing, photocopying, processing mail, maintenance of records, statistical returns, management information, and appropriate diary management.
Prepare written correspondence as required, such as minutes, memos, letters and reports within customer service standards.
Be familiar and compliant with all relevant Health & Safety, Data Protection, Financial Regulations
The ideal candidate will have experience working within an Administrative role, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong prioritisation and organisational skills
