Adecco are delighted to be partnering with a company based in Wimbledon on the recruitment need for a part time Accounts Assistant who will be supporting the Financial Controller and the Accounts Manager
Specific Role and Tasks
Timely and Accurate maintenance of all aspects of the Purchase Ledger including:
Issuing purchase orders and checking against invoices received
Entering all Purchase Ledger Invoices
Maintain Supplier records
Dealing with supplier statements and queries
Analysing company credit cards and processing invoices
Processing payments and on the On-line banking system
Daily bank reconciliation by running off daily bank statement ensuring all entries accurately logged to reflect the true position.
Assisting with the Sales Ledger function including:
raising sales invoices for the UK crewing company
Entering payments received by Bacs, cheques and credit cards
month end closures
Dealing with customer queries and passing them onto the relevant person
Raising credit notes
Invoice discounting payments and mechanism
Accruals
Fixed assets postings
