A fantastic new opportunity for those interested in a role working within a financial office as an Accountant Assistant, this role is a permanent contract.

You will need to:

Accurately maintain the fees ledger, for example ensuring that:

 Ensure inventory is up to date and purchases are on SAP

 Ensure the purchase ledger is processed in a timely manner

 Payments are paid on time and chase any debts

 Bank details are kept up to date

 Invoices are sorted as required

 Specific financial schemes and petty cash is managed appropriately

 Maintaining comprehensive finance records on SAP

 Processing time aware payments and declarations to banks 

Candidate Description

Fantastic planning and time management skills

 Excellent Office365 experience and skills

 High levels of integrity and confidentiality

 Data entry

 Desirably: Accountancy recognised qualification (AAT qualified or CIMA, ACCA or ACA part qualified)
