As an Account Development Executive, you can expect to take a lead in achieving sales and revenue targets and key objectives in line with the wider Commercial Sales strategy. Shaping the future of revenue growth opportunities is key, so you'll need to be prepared to look at ways of increasing revenues from both existing customers as well as other potential prospects. On a daily basis you'll be tasked with the consistent delivery of your individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), fostering and improving levels of your own product knowledge, as well as data management and reporting as required.

Candidate Description

  • Experience of working in a sophisticated customer-focused environment, in areas that could include Sales, Hospitality or Retail.

  • Proven experience of communicating confidently, clearly, and effectively across a wide range of audiences.

  • A demonstrable understanding when it comes to sales techniques, sales cycles, and forecast / pipeline management.

  • An aptitude for meeting and exceeding targets, a strong work ethic and the passion and energy to go above and beyond!

    Other stuff we're looking for

  • A demonstrable background in understanding and highlighting the unique selling points of a product portfolio and its associated pricing structures would be useful, but not essential.

  • An understanding of products and services relating to Data, Voice, Mobility, LAN & Security technologies would also be advantageous.
