We are looking for a 3PL Account Manager to join our UK&I Supply Chain for a 12 month FTC. You'll play a key part in ensuring we successfully implement our supply chain strategy through effective management of our 3PL Logistics and Service providers., As our 3PL Account Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operational performance between Costa and their 3PL Logistics Providers and Service Providers. This role will report to our Supply Chain Operations & Customer Relations Manager in our UK&I business. You'll be accountable for the management of all operational and financial key performance indicators. The implementation of continuous improvements will be key, ensuring 3PL Customer Service performance is a part of this along with E4G initiatives.,

  • Ensure there is a successful delivery of our Supply Chain Strategy implementation across Costa and relevant 3PL

  • Accountable for the contractual relationship and Operational Performance with our 3rd Party Logistics Providers

  • Monitor financial performance and budget delivery via the management of our discretionary operational spend (i.e. delivery frequency, partner specific/geographical delivery requirements)

  • Ensuring there is an effective forum of communication by briefing our Central Operations team on key activities via Ops Planning Calendar

  • Manage seasonal 'peak' planning with 3PL ensuring effective resource plans

  • Previous experience of operating within a similar role in a Supply Chain function with experience of 3PL/contract management

  • Experience of operating within a large scale retail environment

  • Demonstratable experience of implementing continuous improvement solutions that have driven better performance within supply chain

  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence and challenge effectively with both internal and external partners

  • A good understanding of how to drive performance through KPIs

  • Experience of budget management
