One of Adecco Public Sector's key clients is looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join their team on site for an initial 3 month contract with possible extensions.
This role is to provide high quality desktop support and maintenance services that meets or exceeds standards outlined in Service Level Agreements and provide IT support and advice to all users of PCs, laptops, tablets and peripherals for all customers.
Responsibilities of the role:
1st line support of desktop/client applications
Support and maintain all PCs, Laptop, MCAs and peripherals.
Provide basic triage of application issues, effecting or suggesting alternate routes to resolution for both technical and known application issues.
Accurately diagnose and, where possible, rectify application faults with National applications.
Changing user-names and passwords
Computer and peripheral devices
Active Directory (desirable)
Good Telephone communications
