Transforming the lives of people with autism
Prior's Court is a charity based in West Berkshire, dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with complex autism. The charity manages a specialist residential school and young adult provision for young people aged 5-25 with autism and complex needs, as well as providing autism training and research.
Set on a beautiful 50-acre site near Newbury, we employ over 600 people from a diverse range of backgrounds to work directly supporting our young people within our education and residential care settings, and also behind the scenes supporting the charity in various roles such as business support, estates management and housekeeping.
Many of them work hands-on directly supporting our young people, but we also have a dedicated group of staff members working behind the scenes in various roles to ensure the smooth running of the organisation, from business support roles to fundraising and estates.
We offer career progression pathways and support our staff from day one with a comprehensive induction, helping them understand autism and become experts in their fields.
