    We’re looking for a Services Sales Consultant where you’ll be determining the best approach on our software offerings based on prospect and scope. You’ll be partnering with our other customer-facing teams to build leads and pipeline from new and existing clients. The right candidate should be able to demonstrate experience translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions within a commercial software environment.    Role details Type: Full time Location: UK, remote   What you'll be doing Communicate clearly with Prospects and Clients to identify then needs of the client and translate that into a Statement of Work that is understood by the client with costs for the work. Building relationships with sales and professional services teams.   Responding to opportunities referred by the sales team, RMO or general inbound opportunities for UK based work.  To create statements of work (SOWs) for future Kyloe implementations.  Presenting Kyloe quotes and SOWs to clients for approval and follow up as part of the pre-sales cycle.  Collating information accurately and with sufficient detail to either quote or pass on to the technical team to put together a workable quote based on the Kyloe estimation template.  Working closely with the Kyloe project and technical teams to estimate and schedule work.  Working with clients and the Solutions Consultant to identify system changes. Understanding where Kyloe products can help clients (and prospective clients) to meet their needs.  Preparing contracts for internal review and client signature.  Converting opportunities in our CRM and handing over to the delivery team.   What we’re looking for Experience in systems applications consultancy with a consulting firm or technology provider. Tried skills building and delivering value proposition presentations as well as contract negotiation. Experience or strong interest in working with sales teams, either in a pre-sales or direct sales role. Ability to multi-task effectively plan and time manage workload. Great at problem solving and coming up with practical solutions.  Excellent customer service skills – must be comfortable talking with clients all over the world.  Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills, great at building and maintaining relationships.   Don't think you have all the skills required for this role?     We’re looking for an office manager who will be responsible for our current serviced office space and providing the best experience for our employees when they're in the office. You'll be supporting with the upkeep, general office administration, inductions, liaising with third party suppliers and managing the space: comings and goings. In addition to this role, you'll be responsible for our sales contracts administration to support our Sales Teams and ensure business compliance.      Role details Type: Part time, minimum 20 hours per week. Flexible working pattern to suit business and personal requirements. Location: Our HQ in Orkney   What you'll be doing You’ll be responsible for organising and overseeing all administrative activities that ensure the smooth running of our HQ to give everyone at Kyloe the most productive, innovative and engaging workplace possible. Providing legal administrative support in the creation of sales contracts. You'll work closely with our People Team, and be a stakeholder of our company culture in the office environment. Support and lead facilities, office admin and operational needs. Be responsible for Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Security and creating the processes for compliance. Managing the office; upkeep, kitchens, meeting rooms, catering, etc and overall building management. Manage vendors, including partnering with Finance on invoices. Partnering with the people team to support onboarding new employees into the organisation. Own all things social; we love getting together and you’ll be the running point on organising and arranging social activities and companywide meetings in and out of the office.   What we’re looking for Office management experience or within a similar role (business admin for example). Great interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor, with the ability to liaise and influence all levels of employees, through from entry level to CEO. Experience of contract administration. Superb organisation and prioritisation skills. Creating  and customising client specific product templates using HTML, CSS. Working with clients to debug and reproduce problems associated with Kyloe Products. Handling support requests in Jira Service Desk. Keeping up to date with technologies necessary to deliver client projects (including changes to the Bullhorn CRM). Troubleshooting issues which may arise with clients’ custom software solutions, providing effective solutions to clients.   Does this sound like you?
