We’re extremely proud of our employee-led Diversity Network Alliance (DNA), which promotes and champions diversity and inclusion through seven strands: Gender, Race & Ethnicity, Belief, LGBT+, Neurodiversity & DIsability, Social mobility, and working families & carers. Since 2013, DNA has provided a network for colleagues and allies, as well as guiding our people policies and strategy. They’ve created local-level partnerships that accelerate inclusion for left-behind groups.

Our mixed model way of working offers a 'best of both worlds' approach combining the best parts of home and office-working, offering flexibility for everyone. We’ve ditched the daily commute for a virtual first approach. If you do come into the office, there are exciting workspaces and zones you can use, depending on the type of work you are doing.
