On behalf of Nationwide, AMS are looking for an Banking Customer Service Advisor for a 12 month contract (Potential perm opportunity) based in Sheffield, Swindon and Wakefield. Purpose of the Role: As a Banking Customer Service Advisor at Nationwide, you will be a part of the banking department, taking inbound queries from their members. You will be responsible for: Answering inbound calls from members of Nationwide – enquiries regarding their accounts Completing tasks accurately and efficiently, with excellent attention to detail Providing a positive experience for customers and other department members Adhering to all processes, and ensuring all time related tasks are achieved to the highest standard What we are looking for from you: Previous Customer Service Experience Good Communication Skills, including Telephony Skills Computer literate, managing multiple screens and calls at once Being authentic towards your customer and understanding the importance of their query An individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to multitask A good eye for detail, a high degree of accuracy and enjoy working as part of a team Confident and conversational, someone who can converse and build rapport with the customer Someone who is determined to be successful within their role Please Note: Working Hours Monday- Sunday between 8am - 8pm on a rota basis Clear weekend off also (Only working a Saturday or Sunday not both between 8am - 8pm) Training is 5 weeks and holidays are not permitted in this period Applying for the role If you are interested in applying for this position and meet the criteria outlined above, please click the link to Begin Your Application and you will be directed to complete your application on our client's site.
