Big Yellow Self Storage is the most recognised self storage brand in the UK.

We provide secure and modern self storage for homes and businesses and currently have over 62,000 customers storing with us. Founded in 1998 with our very first store in Richmond upon Thames, we now operate from a platform of 103 principally freehold stores, including 25 stores branded as Armadillo Self Storage, in which the Group has a 20% interest.

We own a further eleven Big Yellow Self Storage development sites, of which eight have planning consent. The current maximum lettable area of the existing platform (including Armadillo) is 6.0 million sq ft.

When fully built out the portfolio will provide approximately 6.8 million sq ft of flexible storage space.

Big Yellow employs over 450 people and is listed on the FTSE 250 London Stock Exchange.
