Post is based in the Leigh Park Housing office and on estate which is close proximity to the area office, it is unlikely that home working will be possible as we are looking for in person contact with customers.
As per job advert. This is a tenancy management role which involves having effective conversations with customers from a wide range of backgrounds. Candidate needs to be open and approachable with good questioning techniques, whilst able to have direct conversations and at times challenge behaviours. If not from a Social Housing background Transferable skills may be able to be identified with former Police Officers, Social Workers, Estate Agents, Money / Debt advisers.
