Location: Covering sites from Fife up to the North of Scotland
Sector: Residential Housebuilding

Salary: £55,000-£60,000 + Benefits

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading national housebuilder, managing the delivery of high-quality residential projects across Fife to the North of Scotland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional with a passion for excellence, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring health & safety compliance
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
  • Ensure project milestones and quality benchmarks are met
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate site records and reporting
  • Lead site meetings and manage programme schedules

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential housebuilding
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, NHBC standards, and health & safety practices
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (essential)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
